Throughout the summer I ran experiments to find the best parameters to grow Boron Nitride Nanotubes. The two methods of growth were Pulsed laser Deposition and a Chemical Vapor Deposition. Most of my time was spent on the PLD system since it has more parameters to run tests on(temperature, catalyst type, DC bias voltage, laser voltage, pressure,gas introduced). Attached are my best results for the PLD system.
